Tea for two!

While I'm blogging about Jayla, we had such a fun time at this tea room a couple of weeks ago. We ended up just kind of running out the door at the last minute trying to get there in plenty of time before they closed, so I didn't dress her up or fix her hair nice or anything. She had a great time though. They had an area sectioned off for young girls to play dress-up, so they told her she could go in there and put anything on that she wanted! So she played while I ordered and waited for the food. This was in the back of a quilting store too, so we had a good time looking around at the different quilts and fabrics they had displayed and on sale.

All their dinners included meat, of course, so they made special changes just for us. They were very nice ladies and really wanted to make us happy, and they just went on and on about how cute Jayla was. :) She is such a girly-girl, so I was so glad she had a good time. It's not really my cup of tea (pun intended), but she loves it and doesn't get to do things like this very often. This particular place is one of the top rated tea rooms in the state and they are only a few miles from here! We'll be going back for sure, hopefully with my quilting mom!
