I just had to share some video of Jack "helping" me in the garden. He had so much fun......until Jonathan wacked him on the side of the head. :( And I got that on video! He was trying to be funny and was being very careless. It's at the end (obviously, because I had to turn the camera off) of the 2nd one here. He was fine. He's pretty tough, actually.
In this first video, listen to the older kids as they ride the bikes past. They were sort of singing and he started repeating them while he was "working". So cute!

Poor Jack! We have plenty of that happen at our house too.
ReplyDeleteIs your garden in the front of the house? One year we planted some on the side of the house and they stole the plants right out of the ground.:0(
I still plant some over there, but try to keep a better eye on it now.
Totally off topic but how do you do your videos?Camera or do you have a video camera? I tried using my camera and I guess I haven't got it figured out to where I can make it small enough to put into videos on the web.
ReplyDeleteZ - Yes, this one is in the front. This is our first year having one in the front (without a fence), so we'll see how it goes! Our dogs go nuts if a stranger comes in our yard, and I always check when they bark like that. So hopefully it will work out fine. It's a good neighborhood. :)
ReplyDeletenikki - If you're not embedding the video, like from YouTube, then you can upload it just like a picture. I have been using our regular digital camera. I'm even considering getting rid of our digital camcorder just because I never use it anymore. I prefer the shorter videos that can be stored on CD, DVD or the computer! Another thing I like about using my digi camera is that usually the videos are much shorter, so they are easier to upload on the internet. If I use the video camera, I have to edit the video and just cut out what I want to upload. Too much work! LOL!
Nicole, can you add me to your blog? I've seen it before, but I guess that was on my old account. I'd love to keep up with you via your blog!
ReplyDeletethat's so cute ... until it cuts off and we know that poor Jack got hit in the head! but, I had to chuckle at that immediate "sorry" from Jonathan, cute!
